Notes when booking
1. Check-in time: after 15:00 p.m.; Check-out time: before 11:00 a.m.
2. Extra beds: none. If the number of guests exceed the maximum for the guestrooms, additional cleaning fee shall be charged.
3. No pets and cooking are allowed in the center.
4. Penghu is a low-carbon, eco-friendly island. We will not change the bedsheets, pillowcases, etc. for guests staying longer than one night. Please contact reception if necessary.
5. Taiwan traveler card holders can book telephonically or on the internet.
6. Combined lodging voucher holders must pay a 30% deposit, which shall be refunded by the center on the day of the check-in.
7. For telephonic reservations, 30% deposit is necessary for weekdays check-ins, and 50% for weekend check-ins. For cancellations, the deposit can be used for booking within three months.
8. Ratio of refund for cancellation by telephone (according to regulations of the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications)
★ No refund for cancellation on the day of check-in.
★ 20% of the deposit refunded for cancellation the day before the check-in date.
★ 30% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 2-3 days before the check-in date.
★ 40% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 4-6 days before the check-in date.
★ 50% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 7-9 days before the check-in date.
★ 70% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 10-13 days before the check-in date.
★ 100% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 14 days (inclusive) before the check-in date.
